The plot involves a family. The father is attacked, and the son manifests some kind of superpower and kills the assailant(s). No one knows how he got these powers.
With the death of the father, the two daughters get into trouble, one with substance abuse, and the mother becomes an alcoholic until the son pulls them all out of their miseries.
Eventually, they find out that the father has built them a gorgeous house with money they do not know the origin of.
Ring any bells? I cannot for the life of me remember the name of this. While I monitor the updated games religiously, I can't help but wonder if I missed it, if it ever updated.
