Identify [Solved] Trying to remember a game

Hey All,

I am trying to remember a game I played but lost the name of it to look it up. I remember the MC punches out a cop on a clothing store, than later gets setup when attempting to help a girl laying down on the street. The same cop that you punched ends up being the one that has to help you when you are sent to jail after the setup.

Anyone know this one?
