I hope I'm not crazy and someone can help me with this.
I remember watching on xvid (video got deleted) a visual novel/animation, which is set in a modern japan, that has the wife having an affair in the beginning (in a hotel) and getting blackmailed to continue the affair in her home as well (A picture gets taken of her holding the guy after the initial affair).
Later on her Daughter?/Student is also added into the debauchery in a separate perspective at school(?) first, and later on in a threesome/foursome at home.
