is the type of model she is. That actual image isn't from a game, but the model might have been used as a base for a character in one. I think she's Victoria 7 .She might be in Fashion Business but not sure. She's apparently in House Party, but being 3D it's not a detailed as 3DCG. Likely a lot more too but with diifrent hair skin etc.
Edit - Sarah in Triangle maybe? Looks like she's use for Celia in Milfy City, but with the body slider dialed up.
