The broad strokes were MC was away from home (wife & daughter) when SHTF. He's saved outside his home by a female cop and eventually meets up with daughter at a family house in the country. Mom remains missing, cop joins them at some point. It's been a while since I played it and it could be abandoned at this point.
Images were 3DCG, and IIRC the female models were based on Daz The Girl or something similarly stylized.
