Game was about a guy who went back to his hometown where he banged some girl and then left her on the table at a party and everyone saw her or something like that, there was a bunch of other interactions with people he used to know before he moved to the city aswell. He also had a girlfriend who came back with him to that hometown or ranch or whatever it was. Pretty sure it was Renpy VN.
