Use BuzzHeavier or VikingFile links.

BowFile is slow as shit (1-2 MB/s), and only allows 1 download at a time.
Bunkr doesn't work at all. The site opens, you can do all the shit necessary, but trying to download throws 502 Bad Gateway.
HexUpload has you going through what feels like 10 steps to download 1 file. Exaggeration, but not much of one.
Edit: HexUpload doesn't work either.

BuzzHeavier is 15+ MB/s (On my side), consecutive download limit of 2 or 3 files (Wasn't paying much attention, I think it was 3).
VikingFile is also 15+ MB/s (Again, on my side), consecutive download limit of 4 (Or higher, only tested with 4 at a time).

Bunkr works in chrome for me at least, but stopped working in firefox a while ago for some reason, + triggers avast every time i try

Still works for me, just tried Bread. the button doesnt seem to work, you have to right-click / save the video (get "allow right-click") extension for firefox/chrome
