What a Legend is great, one of my favourites as well but it doesn't have THAT much content (a by product of superb, hand-drawn artwork). Not to say it has little(the amount is considerable) but it's something one must be aware of. That's why IMO the best game is Pale Carnations.
But if you want hand-drawn games Rise of the White Flower is almost as good as What a Legend.
