Distribution of pornographic material is illegal in SK, no matter what form said pornographic material take(even writing). However if no money is being exchanged, it's unlikely to be activly enforced, as it's just more trouble than it's worth.
The manhwa's you're refering to, I'm suspecting are shared out for free, or are such a minor law-break it's not worth going after, in the same way going after individual people downloading things illegally isn't worth the actual effort.

For one, git good, it is so hard to lose with Soolee and the idol. You need to give presents which the game shows the feature at the very start.
Two, there is file for CG if you care to read just 3 pages long thread.

Easy.. this game I failed 3 times even after confessing.. I gave tons of the ONLY gift I could give her worth anything the macaroons.. This is just an awful dating sim! Dates make no damn sense! Can only do one thing for the entire week.. than the scene says's it has only been 2 months but the damn game is on month 4 or 5! This game is a horribly horribly done dating sim.. Very bad! Scene dates don't match the game dates! This is the WORST dating sim game I ever played!

I saw this on another hentai game site and the artwork looked superb and now after the first route finished i have only more questions that hopefully get answered when doing the other routes. Still a bit disappointed that in the end there was no sexual content but it was a pretty wholesome experience with a very weird undertone that some fucked up shit might happen at the first route.
Started it for the fap and stayed for the wholesome story.
