Identify Some tile matching equipment sorta game

There was this game where you're some dimension jumping guy and rescue girls from various dimensions and you match tiles to charge up or attack. There's also equipment that gives bonuses to the tile probabilities and damage........

I remember the enemies being monster girls and the rescues being some humans.......

Help me out folks......

EDIT:
-> 2D CG
-> the first boss/dimension was a slime based, second one was spider third cats/tigers and fourth harpy
(the order may be a little messed up)
-> there was a limit to the equipment you can carry

Thank You so much this game gives me so much nostalgia don't ask me why I played this when I was 8 but it was enjojable even without the hentai.
