Yes tried but several tags on games are useless ... Like futa content in good girl gone bad :noexpressionfor few scenes)

I want to exclude those games..

Sadly, as far as I know there is no way. I am in the same boat. Closest thing I could suggest is breeders of the Nephelym but that isn't quite what you are looking for and is in pretty early dev, same with the Rack 2 which I would also suggest. Both are unity games but I think they are good. You can adjust the settings for futa from none to always. I honestly dont know of any Ren'py games in that genre. I am pretty sure there is a slave game where you can have all futas but I dont know what it is called.

Cant really recommend a game that fits your discription. Though i can say that some of the darker Japanese games might fit the bill. If you like manga style art, my sugesstion is to start looking in that area of games.
There are quite a few non VN games that might fit the bill.
