The v1.0 is the demo/trial, and it ends after this phone conversation:


The finished version is the full release, and adds a revenge and a cuck ending, but it requires an unlock code (NoobAhhCoder) to progress past a certain point.


There is also an explicit finished version, that contains more explicit images and an extra "Enlarge x-ray image" dialogue. Again locked with a code, but loading a save from the non-explicit version can bypass that somewhat, but it's a bit of a trial and error.

Only one is needed, as the game only asks once, but at different times depending on the game version. You will get an error unless you use the correct one:
