The NTRPG and Henteria Chronicles games maybe, though they're not as brutal as THP, they have the same "villains steal everyone you care about" premise.

just finished DHP, and man, the depression level is high
fuck you Ending 6, i thought there's a salvation for both Imos and Lotia, but nope, the author continuously played with the player's heart
i do like the premise of "Fallen Protag" where the protag takes the dark/evil side
tho i do wish we had a new game+ option so that the protag works hard to avoid all the NTR, similar to How to Build a Magnificent Kingdom where that game's protag works hard to avoid the Bad Ending on your first playthrough
