Okay, mini, simple tutorial.
1. Install ComfyUI, plenty tutorials on how to do that on youtube
2. Drop the attached PNG thumbnail into Comfy and install the missing nodes with the ComfyUI manager
3. Download/install Wan2.1 from huggingface, again lots of tutorials on youtube for that
4. Go to Civitai and download any Wan LoRas that you want
5. Have a machine to actually process everything....I got a Nvidia 3080, and it takes about 5-10 minutes to generate these 4-5 second clips at low 480p quality
