I just wanted to update my signatures. I have tried everything I can think of, and am now stuck with no signature at all, because I finally tried just deleting the ones I had instead of trying to replace them and that was clearly a mistake. I've tried logging out and logging back in, deleting the post I made with my new sigs and making a new one, triple-checking to make sure that I'm following the steps correctly, etc. and nothing works. I just get that message every time. I opened a ticket a week ago like someone suggested but have gotten no response, and this really sucks. If anyone has an idea of what the issue might be or how to fix it I'd be grateful.

For anyone else wondering and needing assistance, you have to ensure that the URL is embedded appropriately as whowhawhy mentioned.

Sometimes there are issues with certain file size limitations on how large the gif is when uploading to the server. So, you may need to optimize said GIF signature, (especially if it is a GIF with multiple moving game signatures embedded in one GIF) to ensure that the server will allow the GIF to be uploaded.
