i thought you could only translate with that..By changing that txt file you can cheat?

I don't use qsp's with cheats enabled in them. But I sometimes use a program I found called "QSP SaveEditor", to alter such things as money, or items.

In Avenger's blog when people asked about make more cheats available in the game. He said that cheating on stats would/could break the story/progress. He have introduced some "fast" start with some of the girls, and would add more of that later.

LOLCheck the author’s blog link’s to one of his blogs the changes are listed there at the moment.
The full game pack "Son of a bitch! (0_29 ALL).zip" is worth to download. There are some .wemb and pic have the same name from before been update and do not iclude in the update only pack "Son of a bitch!_update_0_29_only.rar".

Basically you can choose to have them be unlocked when you go for a quick start. That's pretty much it for those two.

I know I would need the base game v0.26 then do I do the Patch v0.26 to v0.27 then Patch v0.27 to v0.28 ? or does Patch v0.27 to v0.28 contain Patch v0.26 to v0.27 for the first time?

Here's a cheat mod for my Quick 'n' Dirty translation of 0.29. Essentially this is the Cheat Edition of @Xorgoth's mod sloppily copied and gratuitously stolen. Don't expect everything to work to the same quality as his translation and any problems/bugs will be in my QSP rather than his.
Also, I made a single change to translation - the new addition of the "car" was machine translated to "wheelbarrow" and while it was fun to invite women to come and have sex with me in my wheelbarrow, it did sort of break the illusion of gameplay a bit. So that's changed manually, apart from that it's the same QSP as earlier + cheats.
