just found the value to "un buy" lol, its "XATA_B_UEHTPE" just set it to "0" and now I do not have the apartment.

her stats were 800 dep, 650 beh, 900 gg, I droped beh to 250 (normal) still no luck after 4 pickups

I think this happens if you aproach her with high lust ("worth at a stake"). If you do it whith low lust ( "calm", or normal"), the bug should be avoided.
