40% of the original. It is visible reduced but imo its ok. And reduces the size by 14 GB so worth lol.
how to use this file? I open the file by qsp and the game starts without pics and videos.

If it is a qsp file you must place into standalone folder, and then use exe file, that might work.
A shame that the DLC for this was not reimplemented properly in new versions. Would love to see the DLC Content in translated form

what exactly does the ethics stat do on the mc? It seems to lower if you prostitute yourself as a doll but not when you work as a masseur in your firm. Or it drops when mc doze off in the train and his sister gets molested but not if you prostitute your sister as an idol. I'm a bit confused and i dont know how to raise this stat, got it to two by accident.

You don't raise it, you should lower it if you want more content with family. Then you can do night visits. Or if you want to raise it, the only way that I know - random encounter in the neighborhood when female cop asks for help and you help.
