I already gave the school uniform to the wife. And I can get the school toilet's scene. But why can't I get change uniform option open on Saturday at the club?

This looks like it might (might not) be a corrupted save. Try forwarding a few days "naturally" (not by cheating) and then try again. Usually this happens when there is a variable non-existant or if you changed .qsp versions and used the same save.
If neither is the issue (we might never know) try an earlier save if you have one. Honestly debugging this is kinda difficult if I were to go through the .qsp file itself.
1) I think you need for it to still be saturday while you go for that scene (aka it cant become sunday while going through the scenes before.
2) You might not have enough love and corruption on her.
3) You might be missing a questline scene that has to be done before (might not be from this character).
Iirc this scene works fine so probably one of the 3 issues mentioned above.

Thx I chose the first option to pass the uniform check. Never thought that I didn't click the first one again.
Are you using the Qsp with the waterpark mod? If so it seems to be missing two locations. One of the location "ceremony" deals with the portion on becoming Mayor, this maybe why you're encountering this error.
I've back-ported the code Jilyn had provided together with synthetical's fix, to an earlier QSP which has the missing location. Please see if this works for you.

Is there a way to gain depravity faster? It's easy with affection (just max charm), so is there a way to increase depravity gains without manualy cheating for every person?
Iirc it is just doing scenes that give high depravity (some give a lot of depravity, others give a lot of affection, every scene for every character is different). I haven't checked this, but maybe the "evil" stat might help, but it is just a theory.
It looks like the more charm you have the higher the depravity you need for the scenes. Weird. Tested evil stat - does nothing.

Is this Uehara Ai (Slutty wife)? I have interacted with her so many times in custom area of the club but still cannot unlock her, I need her in the locker room and a class of the university. Can someone help me, please?
Yeah charm makes two things - makes you gain stats faster and makes your limit on certain scenes higher. So increasing your charm is a two-edged sword for scenes, where you don't have a flat stat check. Honestly most of the times you don't need to max your charm at all to progress smoothly, just sometimes you need to repeat a few scenes or cheat if you don't like doing that.
You can properly meet her through the daughter (Abe Mikako) storyline in the deep alley. While you train the daughter you can go with her to her home and there meet Ai Uehara. This is one of those storylines that takes a lot of repeating, but I would advise against cheating stats, just click through it, since there are quite a few unique scenes here. Ai Uehara storyline starts after going to her home for the first time and having sex with her iirc and it is the (only) way to get cooking stats up.
There was a comment with a few save files. Since the game branches at the end, and has like 5 different endings (some are just repeating scenes you can't quit), you can't see everything in one playthrough. If you spend like 15 mins looking through this thread, you should find that comment, I might (might not) have linked it in my previous comments, too. But there are a lot of scenes unrepeatable once seen, so skipping to the end will lock you out of a lot of content.
I see. Well, i dont have enough free time and determination to complete whole game, so at least something would be nice.
