It means you're missing a redistributable dll. This is a well known issue with pixel game engine, you see the same question asked in all games that use it lol. You can research it yourself and install it or just toss the correct dlls into the game folders.
I have all four dlls in this zip, I just copy and paste them from game to game now whenever I see a game pixel engine game lol.
You don't need all four just the ones you're missing but I put all four since it's kind of a universal fix that way. Feel free to just use the ones you need if you want.

Take the files inside the rar (no folders from the rar, raw files), and just toss them into the base directory next to the exe, which should look like a controller icon.
