It's not really a harem game in the sense that you get all the girls at the end.
It's in a dystopian setting (for most of the game) so anything goes. Your path flows all over and girls in the game comes and goes and decides to stay with you or going on their own path. Not every decision is made for love or romance, as survival is at the forefront of your and other characters decisions.
Some of the girls are super jealous, so for them there is no chance of a "harem". Other are more laidback and some are also just looking for a quick release, before going in their own direction. Some even leave you because you break their heart. But once again, romance and lust are not the driving factor in most decisions. It's life or death.

That poor Juliett must be the unluckiest person dreaming.
First raped, then shot with 2 arrows, left for dead, found days later, bitten by a zombie and then ran over by a car.
Knowing that she will come back alive with no memory, hopefully she will have better luck next time. (Unless she was on the damaged sector on the space craft, where all the peopled died, but she managed to not die and now floats through space and eventually runs out of oxygen but before she dies, her body is preserved because she got frozen in space and by chance arrives at the destination planet 1000000 years later when human civilization does not exists anymore!!! lol

It’s difficult to compare a VN with a movie. But no, there is no ‘gratuitous’ torture. That’s not the theme of the VN. Some examples:

• Twice, you can choose to cut off a guy’s dick because he tries to rape a woman.
• Zombies devour people.
• A hand is cut off to stop an infection from spreading through the body.
• A head is cut off.
• A dick is torn off with the mouth.
  In short, there is always a reason for such acts, it’s not torture for the sake of torture.

Not a lot, 2 if I'm remember right:

1. A prostitute in a outpost. You have to chose her instead of going with a mother and daughter, or a midget.
2. A survivor you meet in a cabin while escaping some infected. I think you must have go with the trans prostitute to enable that content.

I have played the game and I didnt liked it. Real person or not, girls are just dying one by one, there is no way to save them and your choices are for nothing.

It's definitively not a game for everyone.
I like it, but I understand why lot of players like you won't.

But I don't see the tortures and deaths are here just for the sake of tortures and deaths.
Part of the game is set in a very brutal world. Where that kind of horrible things is common.
I personally don't enjoyed them, but I think they are needed for enforcing the feeling of violent world.

Since this is a post apocalyptic story, you should add pregnancy, because there are no contraceptives or medicines that anyone can take anymore since most doctors won't be focused on that. so yes, add pregnancy

You are true about the lack of contraceptives and abortive medicines in a post apocalyptic world.

How can this game be on steam ?Have they not review it? Oh and you forgot that a woman was chocked to death by a dick.

For me the game is a Pass,Story and Characters are all over the place and the violence is sexual too,well to each to their own i guess.

I'm not complaining about what's there and what's not. Steam has double standards. The game Claire Quest has zoophilia, necrophilia, sodomy, and self-mutilation, which is OK for curators. A game for everyone. No Mercy is a game that destroys people's psyche, they throw themselves off bridges after playing it, and it's banned. And all because some grandmas from Australia stumbled upon this game. And they decided it was a game created by Satan.
