Started playing the game but either there is not much available yet, or I didn't find the right clues.
- Where do I find a specialist to improve hacking?
Besides some wrong usage of English language (and I'm not a native either), there are some other things which don't seem right:
- Using the back button when working in hotel it's messing up scenes
- College button appears on a Saturday and Sunday
- Wardrobe is empty, many things at the mall in development
- In the gym when I select 'Talk to Sasha' I only get 'Double-click this passage to edit it.'
- When trying to place a spy cam at the gym you get again 'Double-click this passage to edit it.'
- Even after you took a shower in the gym the status 'It would be nice to wash up' is shown
Then at one point when I clicked the button to meet Tina I got a blank page and wasn't able to move back anymore. That's when I stopped playing. Honestly I can't see much of a fun factor playing it right now.

Same here. No clue where to look for this specialist. Definitely lots of bugs to fix, and the spy cam and Sasha's scenes are incomplete.
As for the bugged Tina's meeting -- it seemed to happen when Linda's and Tina's events get out of sync (i think that happens if you miss one of Linda's meetings). Simply skip that Tina's meeting on Wednesday, visit Linda on Sunday and it should fix it. MC should have conversation with both of them during next visit to Linda. After that, there are about 2 more events with Tina and 2-3 events with Linda. That's all.

I'm not one to pick on HTML games, but this is tough to play in a multitude of ways.
'This game contains a large number of unusual sexual practices (such as fetish, BDSM, trans, sissification and more).' Has the dev looked around at all? This isn't at all 'unusual' in the realm of HTML real-porn games. Grammar is fairly (used loosely) decent for a non-native speaker, but gets annoying to read when you have to scroll to the right on every new page. Which leads into the visuals and formatting used.
Everything is squished despite having more than enough screen real estate to accomplish what he/she/they are doing. Images work well enough, I suppose, but offers no attempt at being consistent outside of sex. Text seems to be colored but offers no real key/indication of what color belongs to who. Found a few bugs here and there without looking, and a (seemingly?) game breaking one mentioned above.

It needs work, but I like the effort and direction. Like you expected the language is a barrier. Still keep up the work though!
Small tip, not much work now, and it will free up your time when a project like this gets bigger:
Never ever use capitals / spaces / special characters in your pictures, movies, webm, gifs etc. You will always get errors. This is a nice example:

the space character got 'escaped' with %20 > replace spaces with underscore: _ Both in your code and in the filenames (including path)
The single quote in "sister's" could mess up other adjacent quotes in the code, avoid in filename
The PNG is captals > Unix systems like linux and mac need these to be exactly right, unlike windows there this works just fine. This capital thing works for the whole path > make it a rule to do pictures and videos all lowercase

he's not yet got adequate number of capital. that's the only explanation i can think of
bad english, funny passage layout, that's the standard of html games around here (look around)
its become common practice based on belief that size is proportional to content, initial release become much 'bigger' for html game (interactive story indeed)
you are really lucky if its bunch of nearly similar webm.
probably with sound channel still intact with no headphone present, when playing at unmentionable place, the shock of your life
