I agree with it. I had published a few games on Steam and it was very hard to pass the moderation process. Especially if the game's characters are young and drawn in anime style.
I planned to make Ecchi Jack as an ordinal game. But Valve moderator refuses to pass it as an 17+ game and I was forced to remake it to 18+ game with nudity and some masturbation scenes.
I think this game, too, was planned as an ordinal game. It is tagged Adults Only by Valve moderator.

I don't thing games like this should be prohibited. Because there are some top tier 100000/10 visual novels on here that would get Thanos snapped if this were to be done. I'd just like some way to filter these in the search hits. Some kind of meta tag. But I'd want it not so robust that "tease" games would also be removed. I can imagine some erotic kinetic novels would unfairly get this "not porn" meta tag.

Try to see F95 as an archive.
Even bad books belong in a library. But this game doesn't look bad in my opinion. To each his own
