Overview:
Squatter’s Right is a silly little sex sim I’m making in Unity — and it’s 100% free to play, always.
The concept is simple: you get to show off your landlady Mara on stream. Dress her up, pick her toys, and let her broadcast her naughty adventures for quick cash.
She’s rich, confident, and doesn’t care about society’s rules — she just loves being seen, trying wild things in public, and entertaining whoever’s watching.
Right now, Mara’s the star of the show, but more girls will join later. This is just the start.
It’s lighthearted, exhibitionist, and a little taboo (lol). If you enjoy streaming vibes, playful sex sims, and character customization, you’ll feel right at home.​

Quick Fix for:
Visibility related bugs: AppData - LocalLow -WeirdStudio - Squatter'sRight - SaveData.json. Delete this json file and on your next restart the game should run perfectly
Crashing/Game wont load : Move the file D3D12Core from D3D12 just outside where Squatter's right.exe is, if that doesnt work, delete the D3D12 folder and D3D12Core.dll file entirely.

I am currently investigating these and it will most likely be resolved by the next update.

Like, over time, will there be a story mode and several different positions and environments? I really like games with the theme of exhibitionism and this type of game with female characters is kind of scarce!!

I am working on different environment right now (time of day system, park, beach etc) This is a spin off project of my main which I started on renpy, so when I get that to unity it will have the same characters with more story, a town, pretty much like summertime saga. But for this I am going to focus more on the simulation part and less story. Maybe a comic page intro. Different poses is going to be very expensive because of how live 2d works but I would def love to do it! It will come down to funding since its all 2d, each pose will need to have all the outfits remade from scratch. Even with AI it will take me just as much as it took me to make the game lol.

Well, right now the game only has small boobs and big boobs. The big boobs unlocked by default so maybe thats what you mean? The screenshots also only have those two options so I am not quite sure what you mean

Weird, I deleted my save from Appdata and restarted after you said that, It's as you say now with the fresh start. In my first launch the model had no breasts, no nipples and no clothes, and the penis was missing. It's fixed now, dunno what the issue was.

Huh, I think I know that, it happened with me once during development but couldnt replicate it. I will try to get it fixed by the next update. If nothing else I will add a button that resets your character. Thanks for the bug report! <3

I understand. It's really complicated, not to mention the work involved in completing each step of the game. I sincerely hope you can make it financially and make an incredible game. Good luck with your projects!!
