Identify Squid game - Japanese Translated

I remember playing this Japanese translated game that had game scenarios like Squid game does and then you had the option of escaping afterwards. The story takes shape based on the decisions you make and based off of those decisions, it's decided which girl you end up with. I can't for the life of me figure out which game it was, I do know I found it on F95 but having no luck finding it now. Anyone have any ideas?
