For NSFW or in general too? Because I also use AI in general.
SD3 was around 10% faster for me then XL and in theory should support up scaling to 3k in some form 2048x3020 or something.

It was trained on a far more narrow scope then base XL, and that scope removed or censored in some way NSFW images.

I have tried training just the u-net in diffusers but have been unsuccessful so far. (Not do to memory do to needing a custom script written)

Training U-NET and the XXL TE against Clip may be out of the realm of 24GB card users.

The license basically gives you ownership of the model....unless your using it for commercial means in which case they have it written to sue the hell out of any website....Thus Civatai banned SD3 in less then a week

Did you previously try SDXL? That's the main cause of stuff getting much better recently.

Also, the superb Pony Checkpoint (and its derivatives) for SDXL has become almost ubiquitous for training - it intrinsically understands porn far better than SDXL itself.

SD3's pretty much a complete fizzle, kind of like 2.1
What pony checkpoint would you recommend? I've been doing good with V6 but id be interested in hearing other thoughts

A big weakness I've noticed is its *really* good with emulating specific characters which makes it hard to use them as a flavoring

Depends what type of base you are looking for, seems to be a favourite with people doing less 'realistic' images, I use for my stuff

Luma Dream Machine is insane for bringing still images to life as a video! But I'd like to have more controls like ratio (and more generations per month). Do you know of any good alternative? I'm afraid there is none as this is really the highest quality I've seen to date.

Is there "AUTOMATIC1111" installer that does not use internet? For installing in computer that has been disconnected.
The "ComfyUI" tool has one, it is very welcome.

try to find "portable" version. but i suggest just install and run first time, install all it need the run it without connection.
you heave to modify launch file and comment the git line so it not require check version. I can't remember file name cuz i switched totally to CUI.

When I open controlnet in comfyui I got nothing to choose in the dropdown menu. I'd like to use control net, how do I download it via the manager? I found github pages but I don't know how current they are. But in the manager I can't seem to find a package that just installs all the basic things that would be part of control net.

I want to use openpose.

Is this the newest one?

I'm installing this right now through "install by git URL"..

Edit: Doesn't work. It said I had to restart for the changes to apply, I did, also hit refresh, control net node still shows nothing in its menu.

You may also need to download the model for it in the manager.

but it doesn't show when I type in open pose
Rather than trying to hit on the exact wording for the model with the search bar I find its easier to just click install models and then scroll down looking for controlnet under the column called "Base" and then downloading exactly what I need that way.

Now it works, I didn't look under models but under nodes - thanks!

Hmm. Open Pose is not really considered by ComfyUI..

I took this:

looks like this:

What I got:

How can I "force" Comfyui to really use the poses I feed it with?

It looks like you are using the t2iadapter_openpose model, thats a different controlnet thing.

The one you need should be control_v11p_openpose_fp16.
Hmm, still weird results!

The pose clearly has someone crawling on all fours with both legs separated, not crossed over.. I also don't have anything in my prompts that would indicate something regarding the pose, that could interfere with the pose input.
