I've seen it, but honestly idk what to do about it.
It seems that Gradio no longer recognise the resources paths.
If you use it with Stability Matrix I'd log in the discord and submit it to troubleshooting.
If not you may have to reinstall/update the Gradio component if not everything..

4mins for 8sec videos looks enticing. i have 8gb gpu too. which model is this? wan 1.3B or 14B model? and hows the quality? atm im using

in comfy and it takes like 5min for 5sec video. it can do nsfw pretty well, quality isn't bad either, but i cant get loras to work with it for some reason.

I'm using Wan2.2 14B Lightìning 4Steps with Lightning Accel V1 lora, testing with Mag Cache at 2x and 50% skipping I got to less than 3 mins including upscaling 2x for a 6 secs video. The quality is good in ItoV even with very simple prompts and the consistency is pretty steady (but I didn't force above 8secs yet).

crotch.. in many different ways from tissue to hand or wearing double panties all together.
Using a Lora solves it, but with accelerators it makes 4 Loras and messes up the quality.. so I have to work on it, unless there is a specific prompt solution
I have two requests:
1. I would appreciate it if someone could send me an image that includes everything (workflows, commands, etc.), where you drag and drop a photo into the menu and it animates into a video. I've seen a workflow that allows you to merge three videos at once (you add a prompt at steps 1, 3, and 3), and the result is a long video. Alternatively, I'd like a ready-made workflow where you just add the photo and it lasts about 10 or 15 seconds (I have a good PC). I would appreciate a direct link.
2. I'd appreciate a video tutorial on how to animate a photo with a webcam (you move and the photo moves accordingly). I would appreciate the link and the workflow as a download (not from websites that require you to do it through them). I'd like everything as a download.
P.S.: This is optional: I make MUGEN fighting games for PC. For example, I'd like to be able to take a front-facing image of Ryu, upload it to the program, and have it give me the option to pose him in different positions (side view, jumping, punching, etc.) so I can then create the character. It doesn't matter if it doesn't turn out perfectly; I'll fix it later with Paint. Is there a ready-made workflow available for download for something like this? I'd appreciate it if you could at least share one of these with me.

Im currently trying to figure how to use the 3 prompt workflow, Currently with no good results. The first video is great but then something terrible happens in the second video. I know its the seeds what to put and when to put but cant understand.

Took me the full day and 120Gb of downloads + lurking all over the internet, but I think I pulled something out.
Can call it a win for today:
6 secs ItoV uncensored 3.20 mins including model loading with 8GB Vram.
I have to sleep on it to fix all the procedures, tomorrow I'll try to replicate.
tell me when you have understood the seeds how they work together so the the second video doesnt look like a goo.

If anybody interested.. I've red 2h ago that in Wan2GP you can cut the video at a certain frame (before it degrades) and use it as a start for the continuation (I didn't try it, but I know you can do it in framepack as well). so maybe it's feasible in Comfy too with wan 2.2.

lol....i had this already. never even unzipped it. thanks anyway...... anyhow, its annoying that all creators do is create blow jobs mostly(that includes modal uploads)... so i''l probably change the action
