[MTL] Since there was a localization file translation was super easy, just the trouble of finding the right tools.
Just extract where Stalker.exe file, choose default language as Japanese since this is the file I choose to mod. Haven't played the game since I just translated it but comment if something is missing (Hope not since messing with other files aside of localization files gets messy)
