All you would then need to do is place a copy of nwjs in the star-knightess-aura game folder and use that (nwjs) as your executable.

At least, I can tell you that this method works for Mac; can't guarantee for Windows, though

I think it's better to wait. Specially if you're going to use walkthroughs (which I recommend)

Well, the corrupt path "Bad End" is complete and the game does feature a NG+ system which allows you to play a new playthrough with bonus stats and skills, making the whole ordeal a tad easier.

Basically the only stuff missing is some final boss dungeon stuff that's required for the "Good End".

As the other guy said, the bad end is complete and good end finished soon. A first playthrough can take like 35-50 hours and I would say we are like 3-4 months max from the final version of good ending. So you might see both endings in a continuous manner if you do two playthroughs and take your time.

I don't want to be that guy because a lot of effort went into this but honestly this looks like it's going to turn out disappointing H-content wise.

It feels like the dev was super ambitious at the start but just couldn't follow through which is understandable but sad.

Things like the maid scene that never go anywhere and the scene where she did those awesome poses in that incredibly fashionable outfit that honestly everyone should wear for that guy... The first didn't go anywhere and was just pure blueballs and the second was so out of place it makes me think the H-content was an afterthought which is strange.

I'm also disappointed that the corruption end

I also feel like NG+ is super underutilized but again ambition and I know this stuff isn't easy.

I love some of the music so much that a turned it into mp3's for personal use and the lack of control you have over lewd stuff does a great job putting you in Auras perspective but I still feel like not being able to willingly going nuts once you are fully corrupted/corrupted enough is a huge missed opportunity imo

Here's hoping for Evil Lesbian Ending (Gank Richard's ass, but still completely converted into Alicia's Minion/Friend) and/or Purification Ending (Aura sweeps Team Evil ... Ganking Richard, Kicking Alicia out of her head [Or keeping her there, but locked out of further advancement, especially if Aura remains just Evil enough to have a spine and not be such an easily lead brainless moral crusader/Akane Tendo grade prude] and [optionally] rubbing off on Alicia enough so she's not quite as much of a cunt).

Don't get me wrong... Alicia's refreshingly unapologetically Evil, and I'm not complaining per se -- watching her work has been quite fun. Still would be nice to have an option that isn't Evil Wins though.

No? The only mental changes she gets that makes her promiscuous are at the very end and the only thing that makes her commit lewd acts in the otherworld is a curse.

The problem I have with this is, and i'm going to have to back up real quick...

Aura has a very twisted view of typical feminine things that seems almost hateful. That's whatever but taking pride in your appearance and wanting to be well liked by your peers doesn't make you a slut. The very specific changes she gets at the very end do and that's 50 hours away apparently.

Then the curse mark. She goes from kissing straight to sex with zero buildup. Pretty much every erotic thing she does comes out of nowhere and is extreme for what kind of person she is.

The game is going to end with her never being more sexually liberal or really exploring her sexuality or actually being "corrupted". Sex is treated like a penalty in a porn game, that doesn't seem weird to you?

There are lots of red flags that make me think the dev is just kind of over this which is fine. The guildmates never really going anywhere. The maid thing never really going anywhere. You've got the 7 deadly sins as bad guys but most of them don't get the same treatment as Greed. Then there's comments that don't break the forth wall but address the audience directly...

Like make whatever you want and don't waste your time on things you don't enjoy. It's just aggravating that I busted my rear trying to lib-err corrupt her only for her to become the playtoy of some sweaty chuuni with main character syndrome. The game ends the minute it gets good.

All the focus seems to be on the personality changes in irl then boom she's a succubus out of nowhere then the game ends. That's my take anyway.

Its real weird devs dont include saves for different stages of the game as standard. Like this game is dozens of hours long and it'd be useful for anyone returning to the game and not wanting to grind a dozen hour to get to new content.
And if someone does post a save in a thread mods don't link to it in the OP as standard to save on people spam asking for a save.
Whatever is the point?

I never said anything about wanting an option for Alicia to end up being nice (which wouldn't be believable anyways) just less of a heartless bitch. As is, her morals extend to being disgusted by Richard, period (at least that I've seen). Which doesn't mean much since Richard is a chauvinistic hedonist murderhobo, someone everyone else should be opposed to for their own continued well-being if nothing else.

She doesn't even need to stop being a sociopath, as there are sociopaths who decide to fake giving something of a shit about other people, if only because they realize doing so makes their lives easier.

Like I said, would like the option to occasionally avoid Evil Wins.

You mention that her behavior comes out of nowhere, but that's rarely the case. It follows pretty well defined buildup. It's also gated by lewdness, so it's not possible to skip to extreme behavior out of nowhere. At the start of the game Aura is only willing to begrudgingly let people see minor acts of exhibition and to sarcastically say things she doesn't actually believe if it will benefit her. That progresses to allowing touching under similar circumstances. From there it progresses to her unenthusiastically performing sexual activities and more daring exhibition. From there the balance starts to change because she begins to enjoy the sexual activities.

Sex being a penalty is sort of the point. At the start Aura can take shortcuts or gain major benefits by being corrupted. As her corruption progresses it becomes more and more of a disadvantage. The "red flags" you mention are mostly in your head. From very early on the developer has said that the 1.0 release will only have 2 endings.

There have been cuts to the planned content as the game was being developed though. For example, the sloth domain (and you could conclude other domains as well) was initially going to have more content. Considering the sloth puzzle is one of the most asked about puzzles in the game it might not have been the best idea to make it more complex. I know these things because the dev openly talks about it. The majority of the cuts are done to keep development on schedule for the main release.

Things like additional endings and exploring more of the maid academy are on the slate for after the "full game" is done. If you want Aura to not end up with Richard you're going to have to wait for that. Saying the focus is on changing her personality, then boom she's a succubus out of nowhere is a confusing take. You're complaining that a system about changing a person's personality is focused on changing that person's personality. You're also complaining that triggering the game ending ends the game. If you don't what to focus on changing her personality, then do more content in Roya while trying to minimize your corruption gain. If you don't want Aura to 'suddenly' become a succubus, don't trigger the ending.

The mental changes don't appear to have any bearing on her in Roya. You would think altering someone's very being would be reflected everywhere but it's not. Her outfit doesn't change in Roya like her irl outfit does. Her priorities and attitude don't change in Roya like they do irl. The mental changes only seem to matter in irl and Roya seems to be severly neglected. You beat one big bad and then the others are fodderized in a group or never show up then it's straight to the final boss.

You can say the progression is fine, that's your opinion as it is mine that it is not because she jumps the gun like crazy. I'm not going to argue this with you or anyone. Everyone is entitled to their opinion and I am keeping mine. imo the erotic content is tacked on and the main campaign is phoned in and I want to know if that is going to change for the better.

There are a lot of elements in this game that I feel are being underutilized to the point that I don't understand why they are even in the game.

1. The collar. It takes away her OP powers and she can only take it off once a day. You would think this would lead to some spicy situations but it doesn't, it literally never does. As a story device it gives her a reason to start from scratch and join a guild which is good for balancing and progression but if she can handle all challenges the game throws at her with the collar then the collar is completely pointless. Is this going to change?

2. The erotic stances. These come too late to be of any use and are of dubious use to begin with given how easy combat is and the fact that enemies do not respawn. You would think the stances would lead to battle sex, game over rape, or even cut-ins of her flashing because that's what the skills say they do... at the very end of the game an entire section of her mindscape is dedicated to them. Are these ever going to amount to more than flavor text?

Is anything meaningful going to come from the guild? Any questing spicy or otherwise? Are they just here? Is their character ever going to be expanded on?

I'm not trying to complain. I'm just seeing a lot of what looks to be dead ends. And the game is coming to an end so..... but if you say it's going to be worked on after it's done then I suppose all I can really do is wait and see.
