hey guys, which scenes grant levels in exhibitionism? I wanted to get seductive stance but I need level 4 in exhibitionism and I didn't get the pink scene for the first one that gives you a point

Re: porn vs game

At its core, SKA subverts expectations that gamers have. For example (trivial):in many games, gamers save their consumables to a fault. Here, this ingrained habit can be your downfall.

For another example: in most FMC-centric corruption+combat games, the female protagonist (be it a magical girl, a female knight, a Makina-like adventurer, etc.), will both grow more lewd and more powerful. This isn’t the case here; if the corruption grows too fast, Aura accumulates more and more maluses. It’s thé ingrained habit that gamers have that is spun on its head; sure, you can lewd Aura up and turn her into a whore, but then don’t expect smooth sailing in the combat phase.

The game has 5 different difficulty settings for this reason: you care more about the porn than the combat mechanics, then Story difficulty is perfect.
Or: you routinely play your heroines as virgins (thereby turning porn games into non-porn)? Then SKA will challenge all your brain cells.

Sure, in a world where indy devs are millionnaires, we could have thousands of illustrated or even animated lewd scenes, but we don’t live in such a world. Still, there’s plenty to see here, in later stages of the game, once Aura is corrupt enough. But you’ll have to actually play to see those scenes

In general it'd be scenes where Aura is asked to show off her body. You can actually use the recollection room to sort of hunt down specific lewd stats. Just look through the tags option for a scene. I've never checked to make sure they're fully accurate, but they should give you a good idea about what lewd stats will increase from a given scene.

There is less than a month left for the official release of the game, hopefully there is an ending where Aura leaves George, in this type of game I hate bullying towards someone weaker, but George surpasses the limits of pathetic and gullible, on my hate scale he would be second only surpassed by Richard.

Having a challenging gameplay loop that is driven by player skill and knowledge of the game. In SKA you:

  • Learn enemy tactics and how to counter them
  • Decide how to spend your gold, balancing power gain with spending required to advance through the plot
  • Decide how to efficiently use your materials to make your character stronger while making sure it's worth the expense
  • Craft items you think you're going to use in future battles
  • Either evade enemies, or decide which ones to remove from the map
  • Decide when to use items that last for a day, to maximize your progress
  • Manage Willpower and work around curses
  • Make sure Corruption doesn't overflow, and ideally keep it low so it doesn't hurt your stats
  • (Optionally) strategically use drugs, making sure it's worth the addiction and corruption cost

Almost none of this is stock RPGM combat, I'm sick of reading that. Not only is SKA one of the best options when it comes to gameplay in a H-game, it's a solid JRPG all on its own. But for someone not looking for non-H gameplay at all, obviously that aspect is going to get in the way of their enjoyment. I think just being in the H-RPG category sets up some player expectations that turn into frustration once they realize this really is a full-length JRPG that's in no hurry to get them off.

Admittedly, I think punishing the player by adding Corruption for H-scenes may have gone too far, and I think there is room for scenes where Aura does H without Corruption or monetary / stat gain.

Arguably the whole "Corruption is bad and needs to be spent" should have been automatic and not stat-driven, given that the Earth corruption is mostly linear anyway. Just let Alicia spend the points without danger of a Game Over or reduced stats.
(And yet it's advertised and sold as a porn game. Why should the expectations of those be faulted who expected a porn game but instead got a full fledged RPG with porn sprinkled here and there?)
Edit: I reread the advertise line on itch.io again and I admit it's ambigious what the game really offers to the player. Nonetheless I leave my statement about expectations just to leave it as food for thought.

The ratio of being a RPG and porn is not made equal....by a long shot. No wonder the most critique this game has is the lack of porn content.
I mean look at the poll shown in the roadmap post. :HideThePain:

In all honesty this should have made already into the base game by release and not as an update afterwards. At this point many players already have or will have completed the game and given the scope and length of the game I doubt many will be revisiting it and just rip the CGs off.

Take the porn out of the game and it would still work perfectly fine and stand on it's own. That's how much the porn feels like an afterthought in the whole process of developing the game.

Would have risen the game in popularity as it has without porn content? Who knows but it was the thing that hooked many players in so in that regard it's a shame that this aspect didn't get much love from the dev.
I've played "worse" games in rpg to cg ratio, pronant simphony for example is one and I mostly enjoyed it. the fact that I still remember its name after 5 years probably accounts for something. however what I feel here with this game is that resources have still been stretched a little thin. i wont repeat everything I said 6 posts above but the fantasy part of the game is just lacking. maybe even the story in general. I am okay with the amount of CGs, personally I dont even think they are that few but I can see why others would think that way.

but if this is to be a full fledged RPG I expect (not *really* expecting obviously, I haven't paid a dime apart from a 1 month subscription) a proper roleplay fantasy game, the fantasy part is more than long enough in its gameplay but the story and the world are just shabby.
I remember a part where gambling addicted megumin trauma dumps on aura with sad music and all, am I supposed to feel for a character who has spoken probably 50 text boxes in total? nah

or maybe as another guy said the writing is bland, and it's bland enough to make it feel like they've talked little. idk.

edit: I've gotta add though that the game itself is incredibly well made, the developer even gives access to the custom plugins he's created for it and even the source of the game itself for public contribution ( with a request for access wall which I dont quite understand you can access everything with RPGM iirc). a tidyness very rarely seen among devs here which can't even write a function to avoid writing the same 5 lines 400 times.
yes I've seen it happen on renpy games while trying to understand why a choice was greyed out. they've figured it out after years of updates.

Even if you play the easiest settings, if you make Aura into too much of a slut, you can't even kill basic enemies anymore and you will ruin your progress.

Pretty much. I'm on story difficulty and I can't get through Fort Drakmor at all.

I can't really fight anything without removing the collar, but you can only do that once unless you stock up on a specific item.

Damn, sad to see it didn't get updated. Is there a time limit for days in game?
No, though on Normal+ Corruption ticks up passively and leads to reduced stats or a Game Over if not spent / reduced. The passive trickle is not a huge concern, but you can't be farming repeatable jobs for money forever.

Also, Demon Generals become practically unbeatable without Star Knightess on/after day 100, but it's only a concern if you really can't / don't want the exta Corruption from doing that.
