dev stated in the discord that saves aren't actually stored in files, so they can't be transferred unfortunately

Besides, if the saves aren't stored in files, then how come I can load the save from the previous version I played?
And where did imsleazy got that file from? Chances are, if files don't work, then at the very least it'd work if one were to transfer the entire folder.

IIRC - Saves used to be stored in files, but the save location was moved to the Windows Registry (Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\RegulusNSFW\StarbreedDemo).

that warning was for an older version and just hasn't been removed from the op lol
after looking up what the dev mentioned (playerprefs) yeah it's stored in the registry which means it's still persistent even though it's not a file

cant you just use someone else exported reg file, add it your pc and use the file??
i know few games which do this
something unlimited i think has reg file savs
