from what I can tell on my save file, it has to be 5 hearts share route with Josef stays, because Anna will tell him to keep watching porn while she blowing you

tell Mario: Sofia will be caught and broken into your sex slave in his guest room
help Sofia: she will repay you with her body (duh) by visiting her house, and you get the game's trophy for doing it. you can still have your way with his family if you break Katarina before and lie to him instead of sharing his daughter
do sharing route with josef and on the movie night you can just ask her for it.
the only condition (in case it dos have a condition) is to start the sharing route with isabelle's method:
having a threesome with her and josef, then tell him to imagine the posibilities or some shit like that or that you would like to share more ass, dont remember, this gives him the idea to share anna
if you tell him to confess to anna you will make him leave.
again i dont know if it really has a condition to unlock, in my opinion just start the sharing route with josef. but in case you still dont get that option try it by sharing isabelle with him and all that
depends, you get less scenes in that (lets say) route. its kinda wholesome, but you will get a little bit more scenes by betraying her. and since its basically related with marios quests, if you help her you can fuck up with emma and lose her scenes
Yeah. I compiled a list of all of them in post #1,772 Ken and Anna in particular have scenes not involving mc.
