If I remember correctly on Itch, Arvus said that the update itself is already ready. I think the delay is due to the whole NSFW video game thing and VISA and MASTERCARD.

Most likely delayed.
Maybe a buggy version will drop on 16th, with a 1.7.a on 17th or 18th.
Stable version and walkthrough etc. by the end of the month maybe.
