Did you try compressing the file? Just select the folder, ‘send to’ and select ‘zipped file’

Probably an odd thing to ask but has anyone else played the game on android using Gamehub emulator? how do you access the save file folder? 1.7 is already up on itch, and i honestly don't feel like redoing the whole game. any solutions would be greatly appriciated.

First, you need to play a little bit so that saves appear in the game, then exit the game and go to the game settings in Gamehub, there will be an item for backup and restore saves, make a copy of the saves where it is convenient for you and then just push the save from the computer into this save and restore it through Gamehub.
