It's probably from playing with old saves.
I had the same thing at the gas station store when I continued playing with old saves.
I'm replaying version 1.7 from scratch because I'm translating it into another language, and I have no problems with parking.

So, is River's sharing quest broken currently? I have Phoenix's story complete, and I have the park restroom key... but there's no scene introducing Phoenix to River on Monday or Friday?

the game is super nice but also super bugged/rigid
since if you don't go immediately to Anna after you hacked adrian computer it block the quest

game hardly has a grind, just play the story parts and the fans and money flows in, i'm capped out of money, skill points are 11+ that i can't use and starmaker fans i dont care for anymore

I have two problems:

1. How do I take pictures of Tasha? I saw the scene of her giving the grocieres to the old man in the temple. From what I've read, there should ba an option to take her pictures if you talk with her in her shop but I don't have that option.

2. How do I use the phon to call Anna for outdoor photoshot? I unlocked the abilty but nothing happens when I press at the phone icon.
