I'm stuck on the Tasha's Boyfriend quest. I accepted the quest before meeting Alice at the club, and now I go to the club every day but I still haven't run into him. Is this a bug, or am I missing something?

You know, I've always wondered is it a netorare game if you play as the guy stealing? It seems like the answer is yes but I think the site should split it into separate tags

If you are the one stealing it is called netori. I think a lot of people get confused because the acronym 'NTR' is used for multiple different Japanese words that are all related to people having sex with someone other than their romantic partner in various ways.

There is build up, and if you enjoy a slow burn you are gonna like it. It takes a bit of time to get the reward

There is not enough buildup with the sharing though, there's no emotional content given first impression you will get from her. lowkey think charlotte(the slutty friend) wouldn't have budged so easily. Most of the sharing is from Ana's content too, no sharing from the waitress, himari and others.

That might be the reason why. If you have a save prior to that you could try it out and see if that works. Otherwise you might have missed the opportunity, unless someone knows how to edit it.
