no clue on 1, never tried it

2 however requires you to have 4 hearts with Anna and have triggered the quest with Himari (no need to finish the quest, you just need to trigger it by seeing her at the entrance)

2 conditions need to be met before the event happens:
- talk to Astrid 3 times
-get 2 hearts with Anna

the 2nd condition I figured out thanks to people on discord

1. no one would bother, me I just use le gun because I memorized the code and you can get it on 1st friday, 4 days into the game
2. get 3 stars with Anna or more and then you can talk to Josef on Friday at the entrance

1º currently in version 1.5C, if you dont give Fran the money by the 3º time is game over, I would assume more will be added in the future

No, even if you skip over the conversation, it'll still happen if you meet the other requirements with Anna. I skipped over the conversation, but noticed it was still noted on the calendar as "Special Carwash"

I don`t get it in calender (( Heh i think i choose another option or something didn`t do correct, and cant get it. Or can it be because i buy "Car Service". All complete but not get "Pervert" trait XD
