I just asked your question on Discord. You need to have 3 stars on all trips, not just Japan, to unlock that silver dress. It will be sent to Anna's wardrobe the week after the weekend you have all 3 (kind of like a checking stats move)

basically: 3 stars finish on all trips on week 1, game checking your completion on week 2, then on monday of week 3 you will get it

Hello, i cant start the game, im getting a message: The application was unable to start correctly (0xc0000005). Click OK to close the application. My pc has win 7 idk if that has something to do with it. I used to play this game before. Now i downloaded it again and it wont work. Please help, thank you.

You don't need to do that - keep being nice to him (i.e., playing video games with him) and you'll be able to go.
