Do I need to sell the farm to get Kimura's scenes?

Edit: NM need to talk to Mario or Dad first is all.

Okay, wait. Kimura comes to buy the farm and you have three options, yes/no/wait. It mentions bj and by choosing this option it seems like he should be in the hotel (Mario is in prison, it seems). And there are two options: sell it and... scenes in the hotel - NO, or refuse and she says that she will return with a not so good offer.
That is, there is no scene in both versions. Even though it is literally being talked about. Is this, like, due to the absence of Mario? What side does he have to this story? And did I understand correctly that after the sale/rejection there is no other content with Kimura? In this version. Just pumping the damn barrel a little too long.

there would be a third option that allows you to make a 50-50 deal. but it requires you to talk to either Mario or Josef to get the advice from them.

my save is a bit messed up and so im not getting the prompt to tell Anna about Adrian finding the page. What exactly do i edit in my save file to make the game think ive done it? I would assume it's something to do with this part in the json file.... but im clueless when it comes to editing this stuff 1756977345450.png

the part you quoted from the json file would already be the next part after talking to Anna about Adrian finding her page and then in that talk making the decision that Anna will seduce Adrian (sharing route)

(2805 = we-need-to-talk-about-adrian)
(2806 = anna-will-seduce-adrian)

If you just want to enable telling Anna about Adrian finding her page search for:
{\"rid\":2805,\"type\":{\"class\":\"ValueBool\",\"ns\":\"GameCreator.Runtime.Variables\",\"asm\":\"GameCreator.Runtime.Core\"},\"data\":{\"m_Breakpoint\":false,\"m_IsEnabled\":true,\"m_Value\":false}}

Sadly it seems this didnt work for me. I changed the 2805 and then booted it up and nothing changed so i tried the 2806 as well and nothing changed again. thank you for trying though! if its possible to change the flag of having hacked Adrian's pc i could try that but i dont know where to look for that one

I still got an issue with not being able to complete Celeste's quest, i have over 70k subs, she taunted ana multiple time on starcon, but when i ask her to work together this is her answer:

''She has stepped into the light. Good. Visibility is the first test... and the first temptation. The masses has began to gather. A small kingdom but a kingdom nonetheless. A fractured foundation cannot support an empire. Fix it. Or it will collapse beneath you."

I don't know what else to do to finally finish this annoying quest, the only issue i can see is that it's somehow bugged, but all later quests are working and even skill system via pc which as far as i remember didn't work for me in previous versions. Can anybody with some knowledge help me? Because it's really annoying to loose followers and subs if i don't grind every single day plus i can't do new outdoors activity without completing Celeste's quest. I'm gonna drop a save file so if someone can check and find a fix it would be great. Otherwise i really can't play all this all over again because one bugged quest.
