To make changing speed available through Cheat Engine you have to enforce somehow (you can do it in GPU Game Launcher, i.e. ADM Adrenaline) to disable VSync. After that speed cheat works as expected

ctrl + f and find the names you wanna replace
replace every instance with the relationship you wanna replace with and it will change in the game

There's 4 women you can have sex with on the Japan trip and it will take multiple trips to see all of thier scenes. And you don't actually have to share a girl to befriend Adrian and unlock the trip. Starting the share Alice route and then immediately switching to the steal Alice route is all you need to do to unlock it.

I have an issue, Emma's and Katarina's cow costumes won't show up in Clay's shop. I've milked them both numerous times. I've bought the other cowprints but theirs won't appear.
Edit: Nevermind they just appeared out of nowhere. All I did was not milk anybody after a few days.
