Unity Starmaker Story [v1.8a] [Arvus Games]

anyone know how i could fix this, trying to launch the new 1.8a on my mac via a wrapper via a kegworks winery and it loads a unity popup and then stops loading and crashes but i was able to play the 1.7 game fully on it and "finish" the game or get to multiple points without softlocking myself with an ending. My mac is on macos 13.6.3 but sorta never updated to not lose how janky the OS became after that. Anyone know any other emulator/sim i could use to run the game or get around this loophole since 1.6 and 1.7 works and only 1.8 is giving me this prob??

Depends on what you are trying to get out of them. Do you want sheer quantity of scenes? Then Slut route has more, but it's mostly fucking other people. Or quality? The Romance route does have some good moments here and there. Overall, it really depends on what you're looking for.
There's to many Bugs Happening in my Game I can't even save Properly I'm willingly to wait to fix the Bugs
Wow, I've played through this game using the auto save many times without realizing that you can manually save as well... Thanks for the heads up! I sincerely hope that Arvus Games adds a save button to the "sub-"main menu (that shows up when you press escape), because I rarely use that other auto hidden menu at all

Please let me know what it breaks and to what extent and I'll try to make a list for people (like me) who still will use it.
Replaying the game with everything having so much delay is such a pain
I looked through the code and managed to make most (if not all) common delays 10x faster. The fade-in and fade-out of the characters weren’t handled by the unity addon this game uses (GameCreator 2), so that required a separate change. That's why there are two files you have to replace.
I didn't test it beyond walking around the house and doing some events, so I'd expect that some visual bugs might happen. If there are any, let me know and I'll edit the post, but I probably won't work on it any further.
The dev should spend a few hours (at most) and make this adjustable in the settings, instead of me, a guy who never used unity or anyone else having to decompile the files, dig through the codebase, and guess where everything is.
TLDR: Just replace the files in ...\Starmaker 1.8A\Starmaker Story_Data\Managed

alternatively you can use cheat engine to speed things up as well but then the characters move at the variable speed as well
I just can't understand how to fuck with Anna in the kitchen and rent her various outfits for Starcon need the path of a whore or is it somehow possible to get around? because I have the path of romance and there is some kind of castle on the word love

I encountered a bug where the game locks up (can't interact with anything) randomly after conversation with Anna (Happens only in Kitchen). A quick restart fixes it, however it's pretty annoying. Thank god for autosave (V 1.8a )
Hey everyone, I've come back again for your help. I don't know if it's a bug, if I have to wait, or if I'm doing something wrong. It's about Dr. Frost (I think that's her name, sorry if I'm wrong). The dialogue options for the tests, like the modifications she can give you, such as the futanari one and all that stuff used for Anna, aren't appearing anymore. I shared a route with that weird specimen that looks like a floating jellyfish, and the doctor got pregnant. Some time later, I went back, and she gave birth. She told me that the specimen (I have no idea what it's called) was taken to labs outside the city, and the dialogue options she gives me don't lead anywhere. If I go back another day, she says the same thing and gives me the same dialogue options, and none of them are for giving the samples, which are the vampire blood and the divine tear. Oh, another thing, I don't know if it's relevant, but I haven't freed the guy she has locked up yet.

I having exactly the same issue here. Waited untill im done with almost anything esle before doing the new stuff and got locked out of her content it seams.
Also, for some reason there is no cow prints for Katerine and Emma at the far anymore
