Starting to make a game. Any restriction and rules I MUST know?

So. I want to make a remake of the hentai game that is on Newgrounds called "Galaxy Angel Sim Date". Maybe some of you have already played, and you know that there isn't a single H-SCENE.

So I want to try to make a parody of that game, but having a deep story with more characters and stuff. I'm still deciding if i'm going to use koikatsu or some After Effects to make the scenes, maybe both, and of course, trying to make a similar art but not copying, with some bonus scenes maybe on Patreon or something. And if someone could help me with the rules and terms of what is legal to make on Patreon like:

-I want to make a corruption style game, leveling up the relationship but having the feeling that the characters are doing some bad or naughty. Is that legal or does that count as rape, making it illegal?

- A lot of animes have underaged girls and we still see some H-games about them. How does that work? That thing about saying that ''All girls are +18" even though they look like minor seems odd.

- The same goes to "Bestiality". If it's in form of anime or game is allowed? Or its better to make characters that look like animals like in the game "Forbidden fruit"?

And last question isn't about the rules. It's just to know if anyone knows or remember that anime, or the H-game on newgrounds. It really seems that the anime never existed in the first place, even though the anime had multiple seasons, games and even musics. (And the newgrounds game has like 10M Views)

Your first point: you'll be toeing a very fine line. It's not explicitly against Patreon TOS to corrupt a character into consenting to increasingly sexual behavior, and there's a lot of successful projects hosted there that do this. You can look to Something Unlimited for pointers on how to do this without crossing the line. Forcible rape and sexual assault are right out and will lead to your project being booted off most sites.

When it comes to minor-presenting characters, on Patreon you're best off just avoiding it completely. Age them up so that they don't "look" underage, ie give them breasts and waists and hips and pubes, whatever, because if a girl seems underage then all it takes is one user reporting you for creating material that's against Terms Of Service. An "All Characters +18 Years Of Age" tag is not going to be enough to keep you from getting taken down.

Bestiality is a hard "no" on Patreon. It's not allowed in any form, and even things like werewolves will get you the boot. Furry content gets by okay, but the more animal-like the creatures in your H-scenes, the more likely you are to get shot down.

And as for your last question: the Adult section of Newgrounds was the shit back in the 2000s and I played every bit of content they had. I remember the Galaxy Angel game being disappointing for its lack of actual sex scenes, and it was very of its time, with some juvenile writing and humor. A lot of those games have millions of views because they've been up for damn near twenty years now and there didn't used to be as many adult games available back then as there are now.

Why do you want to remake that, instead of making your own OC, though? Like you said, it's not really that popular or well-remembered at this point.

At first I was thinking of making a Multiverse with some animes, but I want to use some other major Animes. We can see a lot of Boku no Hero and Naruto games and idk, even if its another studio, it feels the same.

Maybe Galaxy Angel was the first idea because of the thing you said about the newgrounds game being lame. It could be a big difference between that game and the one I'll try to make. And also bring back some memories from that game/anime. So I think I'm going to stick to that Multiverse theme, maybe after some updates I can bring G.A to the story.
