Well, the error message say that Steam is expecting a file named "Futanari_experience.exe" and a file named "Futanari_experience.app" (this one located in "Futanari_universe-0.01_pilot_version-mac"), and that the files are not present or have been renamed (including letter case change).
Note that the underscores are a guess from my part and can also be just spaces ; difficult to tell with the underlining.
