Where do the tags come from that warn you when clicking the link? For example Psycho-Horror, Violence, FPS? I dont see any of that in VR Kanojo. My guess is that those were tagged by people that are upset about that kind of game on Steam.
Also, that game apparently got onto Steam in April already. And its censored. Steam has been selling Adult Games for years, but so far its always a censored, not really adult version that you get. You always need a patch from another site.
So basically no news here, honestly.

Steam is now selling uncensored H games.
The only stuff they won't sell is anything illegal.
Which ties in to the anything illegal thing seeing as loli is illegal in quite a few countries, so no.
Genitals are pixelated like all Japanese games .The game got better reviews than most AAA games on steam so what the fuck are you talking about? people love porn games on steam no bad reviews

Im talking about what you can easily find when you actually search for the game. And no im not talking about the regular japanese mosaic, im talking about pornographic scenes outright not available.
Heres what people all over the steam store page, reddit, various other websites say. Even the developer in a reddit post.

People love decent/good porn games on steam.
Real gaming community would tear to shreds majority of games available on patreon.
Japanese porn devs have different mentality when making games, which majority of western porn devs do not have.
Or to say it differently, maybe there is one or two dev teams that could try to compete, other than that there is no competition as it was lost before it even started.

Uncensored in the case of breasts? Yes, they did that a long time. Uncensored in terms of sex/pornography? Well no, apparently not. Not yet, and who knows what happens in the future.
Im somehow thinking you are just making fun of the whole case though. Since you said not a long time ago that Steam would never sell Porn.

Yes I did and I was corrected when someone sent me the links to Valve saying they were removing censorship due to all the complaints.

Not the best example of Steam letting porn games in as this one is censored and requires a patch. But lately I've seen a Japanese game with steam description mentioning that you can finish it as a virgin so market is changing definitely.
I hope that some big Japanese developers will put their biggest uncensored games on Steam to gain some momentum for a whole market. Muv/Luv is already there but it's meaningless to buy a censored game. Many of their best titles can easily compete with western AAA titles and could seriously bring some attention to the topic.
Only Japanese cuz they develop their games like a normal developers. There's a huge difference between early access and Patreon games which are meant to be developed endlessly and after a year have less content than any alpha on Steam. Not to say their quality is mostly very basic. Steam won't allow for such a thing (especially since most of them are incest clones).

Last I checked, Steam had no problem with absolute garbage coming out on their platform. As long as it launches, you can sell it there. Has anything changed?

No, Hatred got a lot of rage thrown at it from certain people but the school shooting one was relatively new.
