Clearly no, because Steam is ill suited for these games. Steam is made to brag with achievements. Porn games need discretion and anonymity. Nobody wants achievements like "motherfucker" or "BDSM expert".

It's actually the quite opposite. Games like HuniePop are really popular for that exact reason, because they give you nsfw themed achievements, profile backgrounds and so on.
