yeah I got it done that way on this one but I wanted to thank the guy for suggesting that mod cause it saved me a ton of tedious BS in this dev's other game tooOnly variable you need is credits then just buy everything, I even edit my ships to dig deeper and hold more cargo just to fck around with the variables but there's a quest where you need a ship that one you have to build with the robot to get quest done. well in the meantime while travelling could spend time with femmes.yeah easy but tedious as fuck
and do you realize the last few posts have more been referencing callisto, a finished product? Even with additional plot elements I wonder how much 'fun' the mechanics of the industrial grind will be given that finished product had a much simpler system and that system while easy was just NOT FUN to slog through. The game really should have a management tag to scare off all the whiners about supposed tedium. Do people not realize that dev wanted to focus on the mechanics first, then story? It is very much a work in progress; once implemented, the story will help break up some of the monotony. I swear they are a step above the people who complain when it's not a kinetic novel and want a glorified porn powerpoint slide presentation.
Notice how I didn't reply to your post, so I don't know why you think I am singling you out unless you suffer from main character syndrome. Also, key concept, not fun for you. Some people, I know this sounds crazy, might like this shit.and do you realize the last few posts have more been referencing callisto, a finished product? Making a game not a simple kinetic novel is great unless it is a tedious slog and not fun.... look at starfield, the outpost system is shit on cause it just aint fun to do, same with planet surveys.
Dude! The ONLY tedious slog is being subjected to reading your boring, overly critical, complaint messages here in forum! If you don't like it, LEAVE! Don't stick around to complain repeatedly. You've already made your point several times over now. You don't like the management part of the game. There is grind but not just for the sake of grind. You accomplish goals and reap rewards. But, I won't try to teach you this game. You've already made up your mind. So, you've had your say and it's time for you to leave. I didnt think you singled me out. I was replying to your statement in general because several many of the previous posts werent complaining about this game or only this game. Perhaps dont project your own insecurities on me.Notice how I didn't reply to your post, so I don't know why you think I am singling you out unless you suffer from main character syndrome. Count me as "Exhibit A" for one who very much likes Stellar Crossroads. It's clearly not for everyone - no game is - but, it also seems that a lot of people like it, "grind" notwithstanding. Honestly, in-game resource accumulation and management is only "grind" if you choose to see it that way and adopt an achievement-centric gameplay approach (and "experiencing as much 'fap material' as possible, as soon as possible" seems to be the only 'achievement' that matters for some). I consider Stellar Crossroads an "adult RTS" game (think StarCraft II or Sid Meier's Alpha Centauri with porn elements) where resource accumulation and management are fundamental gameplay elements. Perspective matters.Notice how I didn't reply to your post, so I don't know why you think I am singling you out unless you suffer from main character syndrome. Also, key concept, not fun for you.
