I just checked, and everything seem to work for me. Please supply me with your save file, so I can investigate further.

OK, I see now the problem. It's a specific problem when playing the Diana story as well as the Lara and/or Irene one at the same time. I will work on the code, but it may take until the next update for a fix. In the mean time I would suggest restarting, or using an other save, and finish one subquest before starting an other one for now.
