One suggestion will be to try to find a better light balance, maybe decrease some intensity or things like that (I have find difficult to master the lights on my own)

A suggestion would be to download "quick lights" from a creator and ran some test.. google the PaperTiger guy lights

just a tip: turn on the denoiser in the render settings and adjust the camera's headlight!
other than that, your work is promising
