I think most players would like to see the optional NTR. Also, many would like the story of the game Still Yours to be a little different from the original Heart Problem game. In that case, NTR fans will collect points and unlock the NTR option, and those who don't like NTR will skip it, as seen in the Miss Danvers game, or there is an option to skip it. Doing this will make both NTR fans and non-NTR fans happy.

its will just lead to all the non-ntr fans skipping the game mainly because they just have the tag excluded along with swinging, games with optional ntr is just a waste of time for people that dislike ntr and for people that like ntr aswell, you get less content because the dev have to please two fan groups that pretty much hate each other. Often games like that will end up loosing more than gained when you count subscribers aswell as other things.

Devs don't usually add kinks unless they themselves have an fetish for them
