In all seriousness, the story behind that legal challenge must be fascinating. Was it a question of IP theft, or some kind of contract violation? I guess I never thought of myself as a person so interested in furry ballbusting porn game legal gossip, but here we are.

Aside from that, I would seriously consider paying actual money to watch the lawyer's face as the dev explained to him/her about the content of the game. What a journey life is.

He lives in a country (Poland, in case you never paid attention to his pretty unique way of writing) where certain kinds of porn can get you into jail. That's about all I know though.

They tend to have way of intentionally forgetting articles like "a". And also they tend forget the "to" when a verb is in the infinitive. Much of them might also confuse much and many as it's a single word for them (I believe). Pretty clear examples when you know what to look for, heh.

All those mistakes are actually features to most Slavic languages, and thus common mistakes done when speaking English. Though admittedly I haven't seen Maskopatol doing the last one.

So, I'm currently considering trying to take over the project since the original creator has officially abandoned it, although I do want to clarify that it would be best if people didn't get their hopes up. I'm considering this both because I want the project continued (I have a good many ideas for additions and improvements, although story development will be quite difficult and may not live up to whatever Maskopatol had planned originally) and also because I feel comfortable starting to make games with something such as this. All that being said, I have no idea as to what engine this game was made with, so if anyone could inform me, I would appreciate it greatly.

Flash. With the Flixel library. I'd advise you to only rip the art assets and use an engine that, you know, isn't that hard to run.
